Rita Wanjuki
Assistant Research Officer
Rita has a BS in Environmental Health (Public Health) from Kenyatta University, Kenya. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Research Methods awarded competitively as a fully funded training programme offered collaboratively between KEMRI Wellcome Trust Research Programme and Pwani University, Kilifi Kenya. She has worked on the Schools Engagement Programme, on a project evaluating the web-based engagement between the programme and local schools. She has also worked as a research assistant in a health policy study aimed at assessing the implementation of the free maternity policy within selected government hospitals in Kenya.
