Jon Rueda

Jon Rueda is a Juan de la Cierva Fellow at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). Previously, he was a Momentum fellow at the President’s Cabinet of CSIC, and before that, he worked as a Postdoc at the University of the Basque Country. He completed his Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Granada with a La Caixa INPhINIT Fellowship. Rueda has conducted research stays at Oxford University, Utrecht University, and the University of California, San Diego (as a Fulbright fellow). During the Spring-Summer semesters, he lectures in the online course «Global Public Health Law and Ethics» for the M.Sc. in Global Public Health at Deggendorf Institute of Technology. Among his current research interests, the ethical, political, and philosophical aspects of health datafication and AI-driven algorithmic medicine are particularly noteworthy.
